- Can I sell my designs through MOO?
-
You can soon, but at the moment we are closed for submissions.
Please don't take this personally, there are loads of wonderful designers we've had to put on hold for just a little bit, while we do some technical fiddling!
- Will I be able to become a MOO designer soon, then?
-
Hopefully yes, - just as soon as we get the tech-y stuff in place. We are looking for beta testers though, so if you'd like to take part, here's what you need to do:
- Send us an email with your contact details, so we can let you know when there's something cool to play with.
- Send us the url of your work, so we can see the kind of things you do.
- What should I know about working with you?
-
When the site is accepting submissions again, these are some things to bare in mind:
- We prefer illustration and design over photography at the moment as were working with quite a few photography partners already.
- People will be able to use your images to make all of our products, so think about how each design will work on different formats, and whether you mind people cropping sections from your designs.
- Remember that your designs will be available for everyone to buy; if your work is very niche or individualistic, it might not be the kind of thing that people want to put on things they buy for themselves.
- We need at least 20 high resolution RGB Jpegs (bigger than 2400 pixels square) to start off with. Current 'Ready Made' packs on the site have around 50 images on MiniCards, 30 on Stickers and 16 on NoteCards, so think about how much work youll be able to provide.
- If you want more information about the format for your work, view our format guide - it has dimensions and details about our products and templates for you to use. Don't forget this is only a guide though, and you should try and design your images to cover all product shapes, rather than one specifically.
